While we are considered out-of-network and do not participate in any insurance plans directly, we will provide you with a monthly superbill to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. It may be helpful to know that many insurance companies offer out-of-network mental health benefits and they often include a reimbursement of 60%-80% of session fees once the out-of-network deductible has been met. We highly recommend looking into your out-of-network benefits with your insurance company for all the details.
Full payment is due at the conclusion of each session. We believe that therapy is a personal investment and all fees will be discussed during your initial 15-min. phone consultation.
Payment may be made via Venmo, Zelle, HSA/FSA card, or a debit or credit card.
In order to provide the most consistent care for our clients, we ask that all sessions be cancelled 48-hours in advance in order to provide opportunities for others to fill the time. In the event you are unable to cancel within the 48-hour timeframe, you will be offered an additional time that same week (if available) to use as a "make-up"; otherwise, you will be fully responsible for the fee of the session. Each person is allotted one late cancellation per calendar year free of charge.
