Bethany got her start in the entertainment world, studying theatre in college and working at a model and talent agency. After spending time in that space—and later in the fitness industry—she saw how much pressure both worlds can put on people, especially women. Wanting to shift from industries that often focus on image and performance to one centered on authenticity and healing, she went back to grad school to become a therapist.
Now, Bethany feels honored to hear people’s stories and walk alongside them through life’s ups and downs. She creates a space where people feel safe, supported, and accepted for who they are. She loves diversity and working with a wide range of clients and truly values the unique experiences each person brings into the room.

Bethany has an integrative therapeutic approach which draws from psychoanalytic training as well as a variety of evidence-based techniques such as CBT, DBT, and DBT-ED. She tailors her approach to each client's unique needs and prioritizes creating a warm and supportive environment for her clients. She often connects them to various resources and support systems they made need throughout the process in order to provide the most comprehensive approach to wholeness and well-being. This sometimes includes Registered Dietitians, Psychiatrists and other health care providers, as well as community supports, clergy, and higher levels of care.
Bethany also offers a more faith-based approach to counseling if it is desired.
